Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed at Bienitu By Leedar ("the Company", "We", "Us"). By placing an order, You agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Shipping and Delivery Options

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping is free on all orders of $50 or more.

Delivery estimates are business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 business days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total estimated delivery time equals processing time plus shipping transit time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@bienitu.com.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email us as soon as possible at info@bienitu.com with your order number.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion may be ineligible for return
  • Proof of purchase is required

6. Delayed Orders

In the event of a delay caused by our processing team, you will be notified and offered the option to cancel your order for a full refund. Delays caused by the shipping carrier after dispatch are outside of our control.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please take the following steps:

  1. Document the damage with photographs of the packaging and the product before discarding any materials.
  2. Contact us at info@bienitu.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
  3. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

8. Shipping Restrictions

8.1 P.O. Boxes

We are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes. Please ensure a valid physical delivery address is provided at checkout.

8.2 Fragrance and Air Shipping Restrictions

Many of our products are alcohol-based fragrances, which are subject to restrictions by the TSA and carriers for air transportation. As a result:

  • Some orders may require ground shipping rather than air delivery, which may affect transit times for certain destinations.
  • If your selected shipping method is not available due to these restrictions, we will notify you and provide an alternative.

8.3 International Shipping

At this time, Bienitu By Leedar ships to domestic U.S. addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.
